As usual, Dennis’s review focuses not so much on the cuisine as on the restaurant’s overall business proposition, assessed on the basis of specific criteria (see the initial column in the series for more information).
According to the review, the new concept has a bright future, with great revenue potential and expansion possibilities. “I believe Agra Culture can go national and could even become a franchise,” Dennis suggests.
