Monroe Moxness Berg PA welcomes Whitney Anderson, a new associate who will practice in the firm’s Franchise, Distribution & Intellectual Property and Corporate Finance-M&A groups. Prior to joining the firm, she specialized in franchise litigation and has broad experience with all aspects of the franchise relationship.
Whitney graduated with distinction in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and is a 2011 magna cum laude graduate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
She is active in the community and is a volunteer and gala silent auction co-chair for the American Cancer Society Young Professionals Finding a CURE.
