Julie focuses her practice in the commercial real estate and environmental areas, with experience in sales and acquisitions, sale-leaseback and development transactions and leasing. She assists clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including real estate due diligence, title and survey, land use approvals and closing.
Julie’s environmental law experience spans corporate and real estate transactions. She works with national and local environmental engineers on issues involving Phase Is, Phase II’s, regulatory permitting and compliance. She has experience at the state level in brownfields redevelopment, clearance and assurance procedures, discharge permitting procedures, and enforcement actions.
Julie’s combined real estate and environmental experience allows her to provide her clients with a comprehensive yet effective review of due diligence and related transaction matters. Her approach ensures that issues are spotted and resolved in advance of closing.
Julie is active in the legal community and has served as a Referee in Ramsey County since 2013.
