Christopher J. Mumm

Chris Mumm is a business lawyer and a deal maker. He has deep experience with challenging business issues and represents clients especially with respect to mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, deal management, corporate financing transactions (including private placements) and employment law matters.

Chris’s experience includes a wide range of transactional matters, from single-location acquisitions to large, multi-unit, multi-jurisdictional transactions. During his time with the firm, Chris has thrived while representing restaurant companies and navigating the complex and dynamic hospitality world. He has participated in matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. District Court and various county-level district courts.

In addition to being an attorney, Chris has prior experience as a licensed investment banker, which affords him the opportunity to pair his legal background with his financial expertise.
