Kendall is an associate with the firm’s Business Law and M&A practice groups and participates in the firm’s trademark practice. His work helps clients navigate multifaceted aspects of both simple and complex business transactions, including the development of strategies for business structuring, negotiation and drafting of complex purchase and sale agreements, real estate portfolio review, facilitation of multi-unit sales and acquisitions, and management and maintenance of intellectual property portfolios. Kendall takes pride in identifying and assessing potential issues before they arise, highlighting practical solutions, and collaborative problem-solving. His holistic approach to his work allows him to always keep the client’s end-goals in mind.

A former award-winning journalist, Kendall is dedicated to an informed and diligent approach to his practice. Kendall is a native Californian, avid sports fan, and enjoys being outdoors, a good book and classical music.
