Monroe Moxness Berg is pleased to announce that Katherine C. Running has joined the firm as an associate attorney in our Corporate group.
Katherine assists clients with general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and finance-related matters. She helps businesses and business owners reach their objectives by proactively identifying potential issues and providing strategic and creative resolutions. Whilst at law school, Katherine was a recipient of the school’s Mission Award for Service and Community – a reflection of her passion and drive to give back to her community.
