Monroe Moxness Berg PA is pleased to announce that Trey V. Perez has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Trey will focus on providing legal solutions for clients in the areas of Business Law, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Intellectual Property.
Trey enjoys working alongside clients to identify and evaluate potential challenges in a transaction and finding creative solutions. Leveraging his experience in civil litigation and debt financing for multi-million-dollar deals, he possesses the skills to navigate the many facets of a transaction and identify common pitfalls that borrowers may face.
Trey also advises clients on trademark and copyright strategy, from the initial clearance stage through the application process.
