Monroe Moxness Berg is pleased to announce that Brian Tunis has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Business Law and Corporate Finance/M&A practice groups. Brian has substantial experience in a wide array of transactional work.
Brian advises business owners on matters related to the establishment, reorganization, structure, operation, and tax reporting requirements of their businesses. Brian also counsels S-corporation officers, directors, and shareholders to ensure compliance with all S-corporation requirements.
He provides counsel on wealth preservation, tax planning and business succession planning, working with business and farm owners to create tax-efficient succession or exit plans.
