MMB Real Estate attorney Patricia Weller will moderate a retail industry discussion at the upcoming Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s Mid-Year Forecast Summit.
The in-person event will take place at Golden Valley Country Club, Golden Valley, Minnesota, from 8 a.m. to noon on June 6, 2024.
Patricia will moderate the “Retail Market Update” panel. The discussion will cover an update on the existing retail market; a retail investment sales update; how e-commerce continues to impact the retail industry; leasing velocity in the market and building a retail experience to attract more traffic.
