Attorney Rachel S. Bates has joined Monroe Moxness Berg as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate group.
Rachel’s work focuses on the areas of commercial real estate and finance law especially related to complex commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, mergers & acquisitions, secured loan transactions, multi-unit leasing and management contracts, and title and survey matters.
Rachel received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (Mitchell Hamline School of Law). She has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, “Ones to Watch” for Banking and Finance Law, and Real Estate Law (Minneapolis) 2024, and has been recognized as a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association for providing more than 50 hours of pro bono service annually.
