Jim is an associate attorney, who focuses his practice on corporate finance and transactional matters. Jim has a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, material contracts, compliance issues, corporate governance issues, Chapter 11 corporate restructurings, and other finance related matters.
Jim adds value by assisting clients through real estate, multi-unit franchise, and financing transactions. He does this by finding efficient and practical solutions during various aspects of the transaction, whether in relation to due diligence matters or the drafting of the sales agreement.
Jim finds great pleasure in giving back. He has represented a non-profit by drafting lease renewals and during law school served as an honorary board member of the Godman Guild, a non-profit which provides training services to socioeconomically disadvantaged men and women pro bono to help them find future careers. In his spare time, you will find Jim running or watching the Minnesota Vikings.
