Katherine Running is an associate with the firm’s Corporate practice group. She assists clients with general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and finance-related matters. Katherine helps businesses and business owners reach their objectives by proactively identifying potential issues and providing strategic and creative resolutions. She takes pride in providing a high-level of client service and has a conscientious and comprehensive approach when working with clients.

Katherine earned her law degree at the University of St. Thomas Law School, graduating summa cum laude. Whilst there, she was an editor of the Law Journal, was a four-time Dean’s Award recipient, and a five-time Dean’s List honoree. She was also one of the 2021 recipients of the Mission Award for Service and Community – a reflection of her passion and drive to give back to her community.
