Monroe Moxness Berg is pleased to announce that Lucas Frasz has joined the firm as an associate with the Real Estate and Business Law practice groups. Luke focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial real estate and general business law matters.
Luke has represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including ones for office and industrial properties. He has also assisted clients in purchases of commercial properties, handling related due diligence and closing matters, as well as conducting review and negotiations related to financing documents.
He has worked with businesses in a number of industries and throughout the lifecycle of a company. His practice has included organizations, shareholder and member control agreements, buy-sell agreements, and sales and purchases of businesses, including stock sales and asset sales. He has drafted service agreements and other contracts, and provided counsel during dissolutions and related matters.
