Monroe Moxness Berg’s Natalie Roberts will be the moderator for the panel discussion taking place at this week’s Twin Cities Estate Planning Council’s breakfast meeting.
“Ethical and Practical Considerations When Working with Incapacitated Clients” will explore ethical responsibilities and real-world considerations that arise when capacity is in question. Attendees will gain insight into recognizing warning signs of diminished capacity, balancing client autonomy with fiduciary duty, navigating confidentiality and decision-making authority, and coordinating effectively with family members, caregivers, and other professionals.
Natalie will be joined by panelists Aram Desteian, Dena DeGroat, CLTC®, FIC, Christopher Smith CFP®, CLTC®, Kyle Playford, CFP®, CEPA, and Nate Danielson, CTFA.
The in-person breakfast event will take place at Midland Hills Country Club, Roseville, Minnesota, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. on September 23, 2025.
