Monroe Moxness Berg is pleased to announce that Nick J. Mizaur has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the firm’s corporate practice group.
Nick will assist firm clients with acquisitions and divestitures, financing arrangements, and entity structuring, among other corporate matters.
Drawing on his prior experience as in-house counsel for a national professional services firm, Nick brings a pragmatic and business-focused approach to his work and legal guidance.
