On February 25, the firm’s client Primeritus Financial, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries LLC, announced the acquisition of Repo Marketing, Inc., a vehicle recovery and remarketing firm. Repo Remarketing represents the fourth acquisition on the Primeritus platform and Kinderhook’s 30th automotive-related acquisition. The news release notes the role of Monroe Moxness Berg as legal counsel to Primeritus in the transaction.
Based in Nashville, TN, Primeritus is a national provider of repossession management, remarketing, title services and skip tracing services to the auto finance industry.
