Monroe Moxness Berg served as legal counsel to Bestop, Inc. (“Bestop”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), in its acquisition of Marshall Genuine Products, LLC (“MGP”), a manufacturer of high-performance, easy to install brake caliper covers for automotive enthusiasts. MGP represents Bestop’s seventh add-on acquisition and Kinderhook’s 108th automotive related transaction.
