We are pleased to announce that Marcus Urlaub has been elected a shareholder of the firm.
For the past nine years, Marcus has contributed to the firm’s success by assisting in the continual growth of the estate planning, M&A, and corporate practice areas. Marcus has journeyed from MMB law clerk to MMB shareholder while demonstrating a “Firm First” attitude. He is one of the founding members of the firm’s Craft Brewing Industry practice and has written and spoken extensively on the legal and business issues affecting the industry. Marcus’s practice is enriched by the skills and perspective he acquired in a business environment: before becoming an attorney, he worked in business banking with US Bank, serving a variety of emerging companies and small- to mid-sized business clients. He understands the passion entrepreneurs bring to the table, the challenges they face to grow their business, and the constant balance of risk and reward.
