Monroe Moxness Berg served as counsel to Leonard Group, Inc. (“Leonard”), a Kinderhook Industries partner, in its acquisition of Cook Portable Warehouses. Cook is a leading manufacturer and retailer of premium storage sheds across fourteen states, delivering portable storage solutions through its 65 company-operated retail locations and a wide range of independent dealers. With five manufacturing facilities located throughout the geographic market, Cook has become a leader in providing value, quality, and customer service to support its product base.
This is Leonard’s fourth add-on acquisition since partnering with Kinderhook last year.
