Monroe Moxness Berg is pleased to announce that James “Jim” McGibbon has joined the firm as an associate attorney in our Corporate Group.
Jim is a transactional attorney with a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, material healthcare contracts, healthcare compliance issues, corporate governance issues and Chapter 11 corporate restructurings. Jim joins MMB after relocating from West Virginia, where he was an integral part of his previous firm’s Healthcare Transactions and Finance groups. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and he holds a degree in Economics from the University of St. Thomas. He has also served in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of WV, US Department of Justice, as a legal scholar intern.
