Monroe Moxness Berg welcomes Brad Cashman, who has joined the firm as an associate with Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practices.
Brad has broad experience with financing, corporate and real estate issues and represents clients in commercial financing matters, real estate transactions, entity formation (including partnership agreements, member control or LLC operating agreements, and shareholder agreements), capital structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining MMB, Brad worked in the Bismarck, North Dakota office of a large regional law firm, where he focused on the energy industry.
Brad received his undergraduate degree from University of Minnesota-Duluth and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
