Rick’s tax practice focuses on tax planning and counsel to partnerships, corporations, individuals, flow-through entities and tax matters involving business and real estate transactions, business successions and tax controversies.

As a participant in the firm’s multi-unit and franchise finance practice, Rick speaks at business conferences and key industry events, and contributes to franchise finance industry publications.
