MMB’s Vickie Loher-Johnson will moderate the Retail Update: State of the Market panel at the 2023 REJournals Minnesota Mid-Year Commercial Real Estate Forecast Summit.
The in-person event will take place at the Golden Valley Country Club, Golden Valley, Minnesota from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. CDT on June 15, 2023.
Vickie is Sr. Attorney, Real Estate, at Monroe Moxness Berg. She will guide a discussion which will include an update on the existing retail market; a retail investment sales update; the impact of e-commerce on the retail industry; leasing velocity in the market; opportunities for development in 2022 and 2023; and future trends and predictions for the retail market.
