Brad Cashman leads insightful panel discussion on brand growth strategies with restaurant industry experts at the 2024 Restaurant Finance & Development Conference

Last month, Monroe Moxness Berg’s Brad Cashman moderated the panel presentation for the closing general session at the 2024 Restaurant Finance & Development Conference (RFDC). The RFDC took place November 11-13 at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The annual event focuses on the business side of the restaurant industry.

Titled “Financing and Growing Your Emerging Brand: It Can Be Done!”  the session featured panelists Andrew Pudalov, Rush Bowls; Mike Torino, Amici Food Group; Jennifer Schuler, Handel’s Ice Cream and Sabin Lomac, Cousins Maine Lobster.

Panelists shared insights about the importance of communicating the story of a brand to help drive growth and the importance of selecting and supporting the right partners. They discussed key qualities they look for in potential franchisees and shared the factors important to them and their companies that influence growth strategies.
