Monroe Moxness Berg’s Patricia Weller will be a panelist at a session at the upcoming Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s Minnesota Women in Real Estate Summit.
The in-person event will take place at Golden Valley Country Club, Golden Valley, Minnesota, from 8 a.m. to noon on April 10, 2025.
Patricia will be a panelist in the “Women in Real Estate Pioneers: Industry Leaders & Owners” session. The discussion will cover topics including strategies for navigating leadership challenges; the importance of resilience in high-level roles; balancing family and career in demanding industries; innovative business models for women-led real estate firms; leveraging diversity for competitive advantage; the impact of policy changes on women in real estate; and personal stories of overcoming industry barriers.
