Cade is an associate in the firm’s estate planning practice group, where he designs uniquely tailored strategies to meet each client’s specific goals. Recognizing that a plan is only as good as its execution, Cade also guides families through the complexities of probate and trust administration. Cade’s practice is further strengthened by his background in real estate law. Having served as a title examiner and title insurance agent, he brings a keen eye to the real property issues that frequently arise in estate transfers. Cade also served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Patrick M. Biren of the Goodhue County District Court. His deep familiarity with the Minnesota court system allows him to navigate the nuances of the probate process.
Driven by empathy and practicality, Cade views estate planning as the ultimate tool for defining a legacy. He makes it his mission to provide the clarity and confidence clients need to ensure their wishes are honored and their families are protected.
In his spare time, Cade enjoys weight training, reading (from literary classics to fantasy and science fiction), antiquing/collecting, drawing, and travel. Cade hails from scenic Southeastern Minnesota, where he grew up on his family’s farm.
