Gerry Duffy was one of the presenters on the National Business Institute (NBI) seminar “Wisconsin and Minnesota Frac Sand Mining Law: Regulation, Land Purchasing/Leasing and Environmental Issues from Both Sides of the Table.” He discussed negotiating key contract in frac sand mining and reviewed environmental and nuisance concerns and remedies. The seminar took place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, on December 11 and in La Crosse, Wisconsin, on December 12.
