On April 8, John Remakel served as one of the faculty members for the Minnesota State Bar Association’s CLE seminar Drafting Your First Contract. John’s presentation, “Fundamentals of Drafting Contracts,” covered language, grammar, punctuation, canons of construction and use of definitions, and offered advice on word-choice and phrasing.
