We are pleased to announce that Joshua Mason has been elected a shareholder of the firm.
Joshua joined Monroe Moxness Berg in 2015 as an associate in the Business Law and Corporate Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. Since then, Joshua has contributed to the firm’s success by developing an intellectual property practice area, assisting in the continual growth of the transactional practice, participating on the IT & Practice Automation Committee, as well as mentoring other associates and law clerks. Joshua demonstrates a “firm first” attitude, and is committed to advancing the firm’s core values.
