Monroe Moxness Berg is pleased to announce that Joshua Mason has joined the firm as an associate in the Business Law and Corporate Finance/Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and an array of transactional and business law matters.
Before joining the firm, Joshua served as in-house counsel with Thrivent Financial, working with a wide range of business partners on private debt placements, private equity investments, and Investment Company Act, Investment Adviser Act, and securities law matters.
