Patricia will moderate the “Table Talk: Perspectives From Restaurant Frontlines” session. The discussion will cover topics including navigating Minnesota’s Paid Family & Medical Leave Act, current workforce realities and challenges in the Minnesota business environment, the 2026 outlook for leasing, and how to address rising costs both in restaurant occupancy and operation.

The discussion will cover 2026 ALTA Survey Requirements, Paid Family & Medical Leave Act & break laws and how they affect both landlord and tenant operations, recent legislation and opportunity zones & incentive programs, updated information on protecting property owners, and emerging lease provisions.
