Monroe Moxness Berg’s Natalie Roberts will be moderating and Marcus Urlaub will serve as a panelist at the Twin Cities Estate Planning Council’s upcoming event “Trustees in Action: Challenges, Compliance, and Fiduciary Excellence.”
The in-person breakfast event will take place at Midland Hills Country Club, Roseville, Minnesota, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. on April 22, 2025.
The panel discussion will explore the duties of Trustees and the challenges Trustees face in satisfying conflicting duties. Attendees will gain insights into the considerations involved in choosing a Trustee and hear real-life examples of difficult situations faced by the panelists and their strategies for resolution.
Natalie and Marcus will be joined by panelists Julie Westbrock, JD and Katie Kranz, JD, AEP, CTFA.
