Monroe Moxness Berg’s Dennis Monroe and Patricia Weller will present at the upcoming REJournal’s Commercial Real Estate Investment Conference.
The in-person event will take place at the Golden Valley Country Club, Golden Valley, Minnesota from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. on November 8, 2023.
Dennis will be on a panel “1031 Lessons from Unicorns” and will also participate in a roundtable discussion on the latest in raising capital. The roundtable discussion, moderated by Todd Phillips (Providence Tax & Advisory), will cover topics including current Issues in private capital; investor appetite for risk; private investor offerings in 2024; issues in private capital; and building a capital stack.
Patricia will be on a panel “Net Lease Market Update.” The panel will address questions such as: Where do cap rates land when the dust settles?; Are all cash buyers getting the best deals?; What new concepts are worth looking at?; and Is financing available and if so, under what terms? Joining Patricia for this discussion will be Keith Sturm (Upland Real Estate Group, Inc.); Michael Houge (NAI Legacy); and Todd Phillips (Providence Tax & Advisory).
