Patricia has more than 25 years of experience in representing clients locally and nationally in complex commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as real estate development, leasing and finance projects.
Patricia’s experience in sophisticated leasing includes representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground leases, build-to-suit leases, leases for space in office building and condominium complexes and leases in shopping centers and developments governed by extensive public and private restrictions, covenants and easements. She provides counsel in traditional bank financing as well as complex structured financing, sale-leaseback transactions, leasehold financing and financing for multi-unit, multi-state packages.
Clients appreciate Patricia’s ability to connect complex facts and issues with applicable laws and distill an approach that enables a coherent and smooth process and resolution. Her practical knowledge of a great range of transactions helps her devise creative solutions and anticipate potential issues.
